Add Collateral

One of the actions available to the Collateral Manager is adding new collateral.

1) Above the table displaying the list of loan applications, click the Filters button and select a required option to filter the loan applications as shown below.

2) In the table, click a corresponding loan application.
3) Click the Add Collateral button above the table and select a required type of collateral from the drop-down list.

Note:

If the borrower has already applied for a collateral loan, the user can select the required type of collateral from the history by clicking From History in the open drop-down list.

Once the collateral type has been chosen, you can view and edit the details of a specific collateral item. Fields of the form depend on the chosen type and are rather self-explanatory

4) Specify collateral details.
5) Click OK to save changes.

Collateral Management Icons

All created collateral and its details will be added to the table in the “Collateral” tab.

 

  • The first icon (a dollar sign or two-arrows): opens the evaluation or re-evaluation form.

  • The edit (pencil) icon will open the collateral details form (similar to the one used to create the collateral).

  • The cross icon can be used to delete the collateral.
