Usual Flow and Termless Flow

There is a setting made at the configuration level that defines the initial steps of the application processing.

In a usual flow, a Customer or a Back-Office User selects a specific credit product, amount, and term of the loan for which the application is filed (in particular, the Customer may use a promocode). Only after that are the customer details provided, scoring performed, etc.

In a termless flow, the application is created without a credit product, amount and terms. After the application is sent to Underwriting WP (automatically or manually), an authorized Back-Office user (with access to the Underwriting workplace) provides the Customer with an offer or several offers.

This flow is often used along with automatic processing and multiple offers - this way the system checks the customer's credibility and it is up to the Back-Office user to provide this Customer with the offers they are applicable for.
