Action Plans

This subsection provides instructions on how to make an action plan.
Turnkey Lender provides for the possibility of planning the Collector's further activity in respect of the borrower. The Collector can make own list of planned activities, i.e. own action plan. This subsection provides instructions on how to make an action plan.

 

To make an action plan:

  1. Use the Toolbar to apply a filter for loan applications.

  1. In the Loans navigation Area, select an appropriate loan application.

  1. Chose the Action plan Tab.

Note: If Collector's planned activities have been already recorded, they are displayed on the Action Plan tab.

  1. Click the Action button.


The New Action window opens:

  1. In the Date box, enter a date of an action or select a corresponding date from the calendar by clicking the corresponding icon .

  2. In the Action Type box, select a type of the action.

  3. (Optional) In the Comments box, type in appropriate comments if necessary.

  4. (Optional) Click Cancel to cancel the operation and close the window.

  5. Click OK to complete the process. The new action has been successfully recorded and gets displayed on the Action Plan tab:

Note: When the "Show out of date actions" toggle is set to ON, only the scheduled actions are displayed in the schedule; when it is set to OFF, all actions are displayed.

Note: All actions scheduled for this date can be viewed by applying the "Today's actions" filter in the "Filter by past due" section.
