Credit Bureau Services

Introduction

Credit Bureau assesses the customer’s credibility based on their bill payment history, loans, current debt, and other financial information including their work, housing conditions, facts of bankruptcy, current debts, etc. Having processed this information, the Credit Bureau returns the score of the Customer’s liability and the Credit Bureau Report on which the score is based.

When you decide to use Credit Burea services, an integration must be set up. The integration will pass TurnKey Lender parameters to contact the Credit Bureau (pass and receive information) and specify relevant system behavior.

Enable the Integration

In the Settings → Integrations, enable the “Credit bureau” switcher.

The settings below the Service choice strongly depend on each specific Provider.

When testing the system, you can also use the Credit Bureau emulator.

Credit Bureau Integration Results

Once the integration is up, Back-office Users can:

  • Let the system automatically request the Credit Burea Check (subject to the Integration settings) or check the request manually

  • View the Credit Bureau score

  • View the Credit Bureau Report

  • Set up automatic decision rules based on the Credit Bureau Check results.
