User Permissions
Introduction
Company administrator can add any number of users, define and modify their permissions, as described in the Add Users and Define Their Permissions and Branch article.
A user may have one or more permission. Each permission extends the access rights of the specific user (i.e. the permissions add up).
The permissions can be divided into two groups:
- Workplace action permissions: grant users access to a specific workplace.
- Action permission: grant users the right to perform specific actions within one or multiple workplaces. If any of the action permissions have been granted, the action will only be available in the workplaces permitted for the user. Action permission by itself DOES NOT grant the right to access corresponding workplaces.
Workplace Permissions
The table below contains permissions that allow access to a specific workplace. To check what actions are available from each workplace, please see TurnKey Lender Workplaces Overview article.

Action Permissions
Action permissions allow the user to perform specific actions within the permitted workplaces.
- The following actions can be enabled in most Workplaces and will allow users to perform the following actions with the loans available to these users in the workplaces:
- Assignment officer: Assign/Reassign the loan application to oneself or another user
- Branch management: Assign/Reassign the loan application to another branch
- Document verification: Verify documents
- Blacklist: Add/Remove customers to/from the blacklist
- The Edit/Reverse repayment transaction the permission allows to reverse the repayment transaction and return a transaction to its active state from the Archive and Loan Servicing workplaces.
Branch Access
For each user, it is possible to define the company branch offices within which the user can work in the system (both access and manage) only with the loan applications and loan agreements assigned to their branches or not assigned to any branch.
