User Permissions
Introduction
A company administrator can add a number of users and define or modify their permissions, as described in the Add Users and Define Their Permissions and Branch article.
A user may have one or more permissions. Each permission extends the user's access rights (i.e., permissions are cumulative).
Permissions are divided into two groups:
Workplace action permissions: Grant users access to a specific workplace.
Action permission: Allows users to perform specific actions within one or multiple workplaces. If any action permissions are granted, the corresponding actions will be available only in the workplaces the user has access to. However, action permissions alone do not grant access to those workplaces.
Workplace Permissions
The table below contains permissions that allow access to a specific workplace. To check what actions are available from each workplace, please see TurnKey Lender Workplaces Overview article.

Tools
The Tools workplace contains specialized tools that can be used by different users across various roles. It’s important to note that users with these permissions are not necessarily system administrators. For example, a user responsible for loan origination may be granted permission to import loans and customers.
The table below lists the permissions that grant access to specific tabs within the Tools workplace.

Action Permissions
Action permissions allow users to perform specific actions within their permitted workplaces.
The following actions can be enabled in most workplaces, granting users the ability to manage loans assigned to them:
Assignment Officer – Assign or reassign a loan application to oneself or another user.
Branch Management – Assign or reassign a loan application to another branch.
Document Verification – Verify documents.
Blacklist – Add or remove customers from the blacklist.
The Edit/Reverse Repayment Transaction permission allows users to reverse a repayment transaction and return it to its active state within the Archive and Loan Servicing workplaces.
Branch Access
For each user, it is possible to define the company branch offices within which the user can work in the system (both access and manage) only with the loan applications and loan agreements assigned to their branches or not assigned to any branch.
