Hide Communications from System in Contact Tab

User gets to hide the contact history from the system to accommodate user to view communications made by back-office users only.

1. Click on the turn off the ‘Show system messages’ as shown in Figure 2.

2. The system notifications will be hidden automatically as shown in Figure 3.
