Add Customized Email and SMS Templates

Back-office users can send custom messages to loan applicant directly from their Turnkey Lender workplace. Here you can manage the design and the default contents of custom emails and SMS sent by the employees.

To Add Customized Email Template

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ workplace

  2. Click on the ‘Notifications’ menu item.

  3. Click on the ‘Custom message design’

  4. Click on the ‘Email templates’ tab.

  5. Click on the ‘Add template’ button to add new email template as shown in Figure 2.

     

  6. Provide the name of the email template, email subject, email content and loan documents to be included in the email as shown in Figure 3.

  7. Click on the ‘Plus’ icon To include the merge fields in the email subject and email content as shown in Figure 4.

  8. User gets to add the loan documents which should be included in the email.

  9. Click ‘OK’ button to successfully add the composed email template to the system.

  10. To edit existing email templates, click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to display the email template details as shown in Figure 5.

  11. Click ‘OK’ button to save the changes as shown in Figure 6.

To Add Customized SMS Template

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ workplace

  2. Click on the ‘Notifications’ menu item.

  3. Click on the ‘Custom message design’

  4. Click on the ‘SMS templates’ tab.

  5. Click on the ‘Add template’ button to add new SMS template as shown in Figure 8.

  6. Provide the name of the SMS template and SMS content to be included in the SMS as shown in Figure 9.

  7. Click on the ‘Plus’ icon To include the merge fields in the SMS content as shown in Figure 10.

  8. Click ‘OK’ button to successfully add the composed SMS template to the system.

  9. To edit existing SMS templates, click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to display the SMS template details as shown in Figure 11.

  10. Click ‘OK’ button to save the changes as shown in Figure 12.
