Send Email to Loan Borrower in Contact Tab

To Compose New Email

  1. Click ‘Send Email’ button to send an email notification to the loan borrower as shown in figure 1.

  2. User gets to compose an email to the loan borrower by providing the required information such as Subjects and other optional information such as

    1. Email Content,

    2. Additional Documents

    3. Loan Documents

    4. Additional comment.

  3. Click ‘Send’ button.

To Use Email Template

  1. Click on ‘Use Template’ button as shown in Figure 3 to view available templates.

  2. Choose any template by clicking on the template as shown in Figure 4.

  3. Click ‘Select’ button.

  4. System will auto populate according to the template as shown in Figure 5.

Preview Composed Email

  1. Click ‘Preview’ button to view the composed email as shown in Figure 6.

  2. Click ‘Close’ button once email is previewed as shown in Figure 7.

Add User in CC List

 

  1. Click ‘CC’ button to add other users in the cc list as shown in Figure 8.

  2. User gets to key in the email manually in the cc field as shown in Figure 9.

Add Merge Field in Email Subject and Content

  1. Click on the ‘Add’ icon at the subject field as shown in Figure 10.

  2. Click ‘Collapse all’ button as shown in Figure 11 to collapse the list into main categories.

  3. Click ‘Expand all’ button to expand all the available merge fields data.

  4. To search for merge fields, key in the merge field name manually in the search field as shown in Figure 13.

  5. Click on the respective credit product as shown in Figure 14

  6. Click ‘OK’ button as shown in Figure 14.

     

  7. Merge field will be added in the subject automatically as shown in Figure 15.

Attach Attachment and Documents in Email

  1. To upload additional attachments, click on 'Choose File button as shown in Figure 16.

  2. To attach additional loan documents which is available from the system, click on ‘Loan documents’ dropdown as shown in Figure 17.

  3. Select the documents check box to be included. User are allowed to select multiple documents.

View Sent Email

The email details will appear in the table with the Date email was sent, User who sent the email, Subject of the email, Method used (Email/Mobile Number), Result, Status and Comments.

  1. Click on ‘List’ icon to view the details on the communication as per shown in Figure 18.

  2. Click on the ‘Download’ icon to download the attachment as shown in Figure 19.

  3. Click on the ‘Eye’ icon to view the attachment as shown in Figure 19.

  4. Click ‘Close’ button to navigate to the main contact tab.
