How Vendor User can manage settings of their Vendor

A Vendor User with active “Vendor management' permissions can edit the Vendor settings, manage existing and create new stores, add and edit Vendor Users and Store User.

Such a Vendor User can see the “Vendor Management” workplace.

The workplace contains three basic tabs:

  • Vendor details: All available information about the vendor

  • Stores: The list of available stores and their details, including Store Users

  • Users: The list of Vendor Users and their details

Vendor details Tab

Vendor details tab contains:

  • General and Address info: All information accept the Vendor ID can be edited.

  • Bank accounts: Bank accounts of the vendor, where the default account is used to reimburse funds to the vendor.

  • Contacts: Contact persons visible to the Vendor User and Lender’s Back-office Users in TurnKey Lender application

  • Documents

Stores Tab

The Store tab contains a table of all the stores defined for the Vendor.

From here the Vendor User can view basic details of the store (Name, Phone, Users, Actions); create new store and access the sore edit page (click the pencil icon) or protect the store from editing (lock icon).

In the Store edit page, the Vendor User can view

  • General info of the store

  • Store Bank Accounts and Contacts

     

As well as access the tab of Store User (Click the Users tab).

Users Tab

Under the Users tab, the Vendor User can View basic details of the existing users (Login, Full name, Phone, Creation data); add and delete users, and access the page to edit the user details (pencil icon).

When editing the user details, you can change all of the user’s details except the login.

The user also, obviously, cannot disable the “Vendor management” permission for oneself.
