TurnKey Lender UI. Back Office

The Back Office allows the Lender’s Employees to perform most of the steps within the Loan Application Lifecycle. If any of the steps cannot be performed, they can be requested.

In general, each Back office Page consists of the following sections

  1. Menu of the Workplaces.

  2. Set of filters and the seachbars. On the Origination, it also contains the New application button.

  3. The list of all loans that suit the filter/search key.

  4. Basic details of the loan.

  5. Current status flow.

  6. Action buttons available or required for the current status.

  7. Set of tabs visible on the Workplace.
