Origination of the loan from back office
Back Office users can run the loan initiation process instead of the customer. For that, they should use the Origination workplace.
The Origination tab also has a +New application button in the top right corner.
From here, the back-office user can:
Create a new application (https://turnkey-lender.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TLKB/pages/3262218315 )
Select and existing application with Origination status and:
View the application details
Set up a Virtual date of the loan
Assign the loan to other user (if permitted)
Assign the loan to another branch (if permitted)
View and edit (subject to permissions) details of the customer
View and edit details of the guarantor
Provide and manage bank account details related to the loan
View and edit the loan scheduled
View the loan application status path
Initiate, manage and register contacts with the customer
View and manage the documents related to the loan
Set customer an loan flags
View result of a credit bureau check (if available) and request such a check
Comment on the loan
Cancel the loan
Send the loan for approval
