The Main Toolbar provides access to the report editing commands as well as Design and Preview options. There is series of clipboard commands that allows replacing the element to the proper/required report bands:
Cut. Cut the selected control to the clipboard.
Copy. Copies the selected control to the clipboard.
Paste. Pastes a control from the clipboard onto the selected report band
Delete. Deleted the selected elements
Edit commands that allows deleting report elements and cancel previous actions:
Undo. Cancels the last change made to the document
Redo. Reverses the last undo action
View commands that allow adjusting report zoom factor:
Zoom In. Increases the document’s current zoom factor by 5 percent.
Zoom Out. Decreases the document’s current zoom factor by 5 percent.
Zoom Factor. Zooms to a specific zoom factor selected from the dropdown list.
Validation command allows highlighting elements with invalid data bindings or incorrect expressions:
Validate Bindings. Highlights report controls with invalid data bindings or incorrect expressions
Mode commands enable toggling between Report Designer’s modes:
Full Screen. Switches to the Full Screen mode.
Report Designer. Switches to the Design mode.
Report Viewer. Switches to the Preview mode.
