In a usual flow, a Customer or a Back-Office User selects a specific credit product, amount, and term of the loan for which the application is filed (in particular, the Customer may use a promocode). Only after that are the customer details provided, scoring performed, etc.

In a termless flow, the application is created without a credit product, amount , and term are defined first, and and terms. After the application is submitted to the Origination Workflow. And when the application has been approved sent to Underwriting WP (automatically or manually), the an authorized Back-Office user (with access to the Underwriting workplace) can provide provides the Customer with an offer or several offers.

This flow is often used along with automatic processing and multiple offers - this way the system checks the customer's credibility and it is up to the Back-Office user to provide this Customer with the offers they are applicable for.
