This table provides detailed description of the loan statuses.  The status ID field is provided for internal purposes but can be used by the customers to refer to a specific status in their communication with the company support.
The order of statues may not correspond the actual flow of the statuses, moreover some of the table peculiarities may vary in some specific cases.

Pending Initial Payment (200)

  • Loan application has been recommended for approval  
    AND
  • Credit product requires an Initial Payment prior to the loan approval

OR

  • Loan application has been approved
    AND
  • Credit product requires an Initial Payment prior to the loan disbursement
  • We are waiting for the customer to pay a pre-approval/pre-disbursement fee

Underwriting

  • Confirm that the payment has been received (enables further processing)
  • Cancel the application

  • Pre-approval/Pre-disbursement fee has not been paid within the defined period
  • The loan application is closed

Bank Account Verification (100)

  • Loan application has been recommended for approval

  • Bank account defined for the loan application has not been confirmed

(subject to the system settings this check may be performed as one of the first or at the end of pre-approval stage)

  • We are waiting for the customer to go through the bank verification process
Underwriting
  • Request the customer to pass the bank account verification
  • Cancel the application
101Bank account verification expired (101)
  • Bank account defined for the loan application has not been confirmed within the defined period
  • The loan application is closed

  • Collateral evaluation is required for the credit product
    AND
  • Loan application has been recommended for approval at the Origination 
  • The loan's collateral is being added and evaluated
  • Decision to recommend/not recommend the loan application for approval is made

3Auto Processing (3)
  • Loan application recommended for approval at the Origination Stage 
    AND
  • If required, the initial payment has been made
    AND
  • If required, the loan application has been recommended for approval at the Collateral stage
  • System is automatically processing the loan application in compliance with the credit product settings (Credit Bureau request, Business Rules and Scorecard checks)
  • Subject to the system and credit product settings settings, automatic decision to recommend/not recommend/approve/reject the loan is made
  • Underwriting

    (the actions are performed at the background and their results are visible on the Underwriting and Risk Evaluation workplaces)

  • Authorized Underwriter is taking the final decision on the application approval
