Create Loan Agreement Template

This article describes what are system documents, in particular loan agreement templates, and how to create them.

Turnkey Lender provides a useful feature to facilitate the agreement drafting process. You can have a Loan Agreement for every specific loan of any customer generated automatically, based on the customer data stored in the system.

Moreover, Turnkey Lender can be configured so that it will ask the customer to digitally sign a loan agreement before the loan can be disbursed. Loan agreements can also be sent to customers as attachments to notification emails.

Note 1

In Turnkey Lender, System Documents (as opposed to Customer Uploaded Documents) are documents generated by the system for every loan. Such documents are generated based on the system document templates (in a MS Word format) created by the Admin.

Examples of System Documents: Loan Agreement, Offer, Terms and Conditions.

Note 2

Multiple system document templates may be required, if the system supports different kinds of loans, such as, for instance, Installment Loans and Payday Loans.

Example: template_installment_US.docx for installment loans, template_payday_US.docx for payday loans.

Turnkey Lender can be customized to support more system generated documents, should it be of your preference.
