NEW TBU_How to view, sort, search, and filter loan applications

View modes

TurnKey Lender allows Back-office users to view data in different formats, depending on their current focus. You can switch between the views by clicking the option you need on the right.

The three Views are:

  • List

    • shows all the loan applications with just the basic details:

  • Split (default) - in the left part of the screen you have the list of applications and on the right, details of an application.

  • Details

    • is just focused on the loan application details. You can use the highlighted navigation buttons to switch between loan applications.

Searching loan applications

You can use the search bar to look for loan applications in the following Workplaces:

  • Origination

  • Collateral

  • Underwriting

  • Servicing

  • Collection

  • Archive

You and your employees can look for the applications by entering the borrower’s first name, last mane, or the Loan ID into the search field. The system will look for matches and show them to you instantly.


Sorting applications

The following Workplaces allow you to sort the loan applications by relevant criteria:

  • Origination

  • Collateral

  • Underwriting

  • Servicing

  • Collection

  • Archive

The Names of the columns in the table with the list of loan applications are clickable and change the order in which loan applications are shown to the user.

Filtering Applications

TurnKey Lender Workplaces let the Back-office users filter loan applications by a number of relevant attributes.

You can use loan application filtering in the following Workplaces:

  • Origination

  • Collateral

  • Underwriting

  • Servicing

  • Collection

  • Archive

The filtering options include:
