Integration with Document Signing Service Provider

TurnKey Lender supports remote signing (e-signing) of the documents required and used for loan application and loan servicing. We provide integration with Adobe EchoSign, eSignLive, DocuSign and Sign Now, as well as the possibility to sign via SMS.

Effects on the Flow

If the Document signing integration is on, then the loan status Signing becomes a part of the Loan Status Flow.
According to the flow, this status is a required step before the loan can be approved. Once the loan is moved to the Signing status, a .pdf file of the loan agreement is generated and the customer is notified about it. After that, the TurnKey Lender’s server regularly pings the service to see if the loan status can be changed (If 'Agreement signature reminder' is enabled, this notification is sent to a customer for as long as the loan status is 'Signing'). As soon as the Customer signs the document and the signed pdf is received by the system, this file is saved with the loan and the status is changed.

If the loan status has been changed to 'Signing' several times and the loan agreement has been sent to the integrated e-sign service several times, then the last sent document should be signed by the Customer for the loan application to move to the next status.
