Import Customer Batch

In order to add a customer to the system via import, the only mandatory field is email. It will also be used as the customer’s login.

The rest of the fields depend on your company’s Application Form. If the application form foresees more mandatory fields and they have not been provided, the customer details will be deemed Incomplete. Please note, that this will happen if the form requires any photos and documents - as photos and documents cannot be migrated via customer import.

For example, the customer details may include:

  • First and last name

  • Date of birth

  • Social Security number

  • Cell, home, and work phone numbers

  • Gross monthly income

  • Driver's license details

  • Address details

  • Income and employment details

  • Bank Details

What Incomplete Customer Status Means

If the customer status is incomplete, non-disbursed loans will go to Pre-Origination and will require completion of all the mandatory customer fields. If the loan has already been disbursed (you don’t want the system to check and assess customer details, make sure that disbursement details are input when you are importing the loan)
