Modify the Application Processing Flow

Full application processing flow is described in the https://turnkey-lender.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TLKB/pages/3258843193 document. However, it can be modified in compliance with your company settings and requirements.

Thus you can:

At the web config level

For the whole account:

  • Skip Origination workflow for loans created from the Web Portal

  • Enable creation of multiple loan offers

  • Enable/Disable offer confirmation

  • Use automatic modification of the loan amount and/or interest rate

For each credit product you can enable or disable :

  • Collateral assessment

  • Risk Evaluation

  • Grace period

  • Payment holidays

  • Date rolling
