Credit Product available on a Promocode
When you need a promocode
Lenders can provide special offers and unique credit product to their loyal or special clients, as a part of commercial campaigns, etc. If provided with such a code, the customer can enter it while applying for a loan and the loan will be of a specific type that is otherwise not seen to the customers.
Enabling Promocodes in the System
Promocodes are enabled at the configuration level, i.e. their usage shall be arranged by the Lender with TurnKey Lender.
Creating a Promocode
Any existing or new Credit Product can be hidden behind a promocode. It is enough to disable the “Visible to customer” checkbox.
The promocode is the name of the product.
Using a Promocode
If promocodes are enabled in the configuration, a corresponding field is available at the loan terms page.
Once the promocode has been entered, the button will turn green.
. Click the button. Loan type selector will disappear. Settings of the product hidden behind the promocode will apply.
The “Remove promo code” button can be used to return to the previous view.
