Modify Customer Registration and Application Forms
Application Form is displayed to the borrower in the Borrower’s Portal and/or to Back-Office Users when they are creating a new loan application.
Subject to the Web configuration file created for the specific account, loan applications can be visible to guest users or only be available from Customer’s Portal.
Obligatory Information
Some of the customer’s details are obligatory for specific project needs, such as credit bureau check. Such fields are defined in the course of integration with TurnKey Lender and might depend on specific account and location.
In the demo version, such fields include:
Choice of the loan product
Credit line limit
Initial disbursement amount
Term of the loan
Loan purpose details
Customer’s Email
Customer’s personal details:
First and last name
Date of birth
SSN or another ID
Mobile phone number
Residence details:
Term of residence
Address of residence
Residential status
Other Information
While you can address TurnKey Lender to extend/modify the list of set of fields above, the easy way to modify the application form provided to your customers is with the “Other Information” section. With the form editor your administrator can remove or add any mandatory or optional requests for information to the form and modify layout of the corresponding fields on the page.
The section also contains area to upload a file.
Access Application From Editor
Application form editor is available to users who have System administration permission.
Go to “Settings” workplace and select the Application process → Application form tab.
“Application form editor” page will emerge.
Add New Field
Whatever you’d like to ask your customer, create a new field of of the form for that:
Click the “Add new field” button
In the emerged field, add your question or other information to be displayed on the form in the “Name” field.
Define if the answer is required or optional
Define the percentage of the screen that shall be taken by the field (“Width”)
Click OK to save the field.
Preview
All the added fields and their details are displayed in the list at the top of the page. The form preview appears below the list.
For example, we’ve added two fields. The first question is mandatory but the supposed answer is rather short, so we’ve defined the field width of 25%. The field below it is optional but the answer can take whole page width:
Manage fields
Buttons at the right-hand side of the fields can be used to:
Edit the field: click the pencil icon and the form similar to the one used to add the field will emerge
Move fields up and down on the form (click the arrows)
Request a Photo
Below the form preview there is a “Photo” switcher.
If you want to request a photo from your customer, make sure that the switcher is enabled. Enter the name (Header) and description that shall explain details of the taken photo. Specify if it is required or optional.
