How to use permission access management in TurnKey Lender
In order to allow for flexible and simple permissions' management, TurnKey Lender System views all users as equal entities each of which is assigned different access permissions. In this article, we’ll go over the available user permissions.
Loan origination
This access permission enables:
Creating borrower profiles
Creating collateral and non-collateral loan applications;
Submitting loan applications for approval;
Changing loan application’s branch
Exporting loan application data
Editing borrower profiles and loan application details
Changing terms for loan applications;
Recording and tracking customer interaction history

Underwriting
This access permission enables:
Approving loan applications;
Sending loan applications for reprocessing;
Rejecting loan applications;
Assigning loan applications;
Reviewing borrower’s documents;
Analyzing risk score and credit bureau data;
Reviewing loan applicationts' credit history.

Collateral management
This access permission enables:
Valuing collaterals;
Revaluing collaterals;
Adding new collaterals;
Approving collateral loan applications;
Confirming loan applications with revalued collaterals;
Rejecting collateral loan applications;
Recording customer interaction history.

Loan servicing
This access permission allows users to:
Disbursing loans to borrowers;
Recording loan repayment information;
Rolling over loans;
Restructuring loans;
Approving/rejecting rollover requests;
Recording a customer interaction history;
Managing past due loans;
Managing undisbursed loans;
Managing peer-to-peer loans;
Writing off loans;
Reviewing an archive of loan applications.

Edit/Reverse repayment transaction
This access permission allows users to edit and reverse different repayment transactions.
Assignment officer
This access permission allows users to assign loan applications to other employees on different stages of the loan’s lifecycle.
Collection
This access permission enables:
Recording loan repayment information;
Making an action plan;
Restructuring loans;
Writing off loans;
Recording a customer interaction history;
Reviewing an archive of loan applications.

Reports
This access permission enables:
Monitoring the business activity by analyzing various system reports;
Reviewing an archive of loan applications.
Generating reports for stakeholders and employees
System administration
This access permission enables:
Managing user accounts;
Setting decision rules;
Managing scorecard settings;
Managing delinquency settings;
Creating and managing credit products;
Managing system notifications;
Exporting data on loans and payments;
Managing documents to be displayed on workplaces and sent to borrowers;
Managing dictionaries;
Managing branch offices;
Reviewing an archive of loan applications.
Managing regional and company settings;
Adding external servicing providers;
Managing additional fields for application form;
Reviewing an audit trail of actions made in the system;
Migrating loans into the system.

Archive
This access permission allows users to use the Archive workplace. There they can access all the borrower and loan application data processed by the System.

Blacklist
This access permission allows users to add borrowers and loan applications to blacklists from different workplaces.
Customer management
This access permission enables:
Сreating new customer accounts
Managing customer accounts;
Editing customer details;
Locking customer accounts.
This access permission enables the creation, editing, and removal of the customer profiles' data. All of the changes can be found and tracked in System → Audit Trail
Export
This access permission allows users to export the lending operation’s data from different stages of the loan’s lifecycle:
Exporting loans into Excel or CSV reports;
Exporting loan payments in Excel or CSV;
Exporting expected/upcoming loan installments into Excel or CSV.
Branch management
This access permission allows users to create new, remove, and edit the company’s branches information.
Users can also be assigned to specific branches in order to limit their access permissions to only the branch(es) they work at.
