Changes and bug-fixes

The change requests, system improvements, custom features or bug-fixes (if any) are delivered to the UAT instance (sand-box account) of the software. Once changes are approved by the Client we deploy the changes to the Production server.

Planned major system updates

The major system updates are delivered approximately twice a year. Delivery contains all the released box functionality within major stable box solution release.

Down-time

The down-time during system deployment is from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Average is 90 seconds.
All the deployment are done on Client’s non-working hours.
