System upgrades
Changes and bug fixes
The change requests, system improvements, custom features or bugfixes (if any) are delivered to the UAT instance (the sand-box account) of the software. Once changes are approved by the Client, we deploy the changes to the production server.
Planned major system updates
The major system updates are delivered approximately twice a year. The deliveries contain all the released box functionality within major stable box solution release.
Downtime
The downtime during system deployment varies from 30 seconds to 10 minutes with an average of 90 seconds.
All the deployment operations are rendered during non-working hours of the Client’s time zone.
