If the “Monitoring” permission has been enabled, the user can view current state of the existing applications. Click the “Monitoring” tab and select the required application.
It’s possible to enter a part of the application information, e.g. it’s ID, or use the filters below the search field. In particular, it’s possible to filter by a specific store.
Basic loan details are visible in the table, below the search field.
On the page to the right from the table, the user can see basic details of the loan and drill into the details with the tabs
Most of the information cannot be edited at this level. However, for loans that have not yet been approved and don’t require collateral, it’s possible to edit the loan details.
Loan virtual date can be set for any of the loans.
