Application Form Customization

The application form contains details of the Loan and information about the Customer that should be checked to decide whether the Customer can be granted the Loan. Most of the default application form settings depend on the chosen edition,

In Turnkey Lender, the Application Form can be adjusted to comprise any data or details of a Borrower beyond the default Application Form. In addition, you can do quick modifications on your own with use of our Application Form Editor. The fields you add will be displayed in the section called 'Other Information'.

The application form captures various details about the borrower, including personal information such as name, address, contact details, employment status, income, expenses, and other relevant financial data. Additionally, it may include fields for specifying the loan amount, desired terms, purpose of the loan, and any collateral provided.

The fields added with Application Form Editor cannot be involved in scoring & decision making  or other types of data processing and are for informational purposes only.

Step-by-step guide

To add new fields to the Application Form:

  1. In the Main Menu, select the Settings workplace.

  2. To open the Application Form Editor, click Application Process in the menu on the left and select Application form.

  3. Add new field by clicking Add new field on the toolbar (see the figure below).

  4. Specify the Name of the field.

  5. Specify, whether it must be required or optional.

  6. Set the width of the field as a percentage of the total screen width.

  7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 to create more fields.

  8. Check out the layout in the Preview section.

 

You can rearrange the layout of the ‘Other Information’ section by moving the fields up and down. The up and down buttons in the Actions column can be used to do this.

 

   

 

 

System Documents in Application Form

In TurnKey Lender, System Documents are auto-generated by the system for every loan. These documents adhere to predefined templates in MS Word format.

System Document Management functionality (accessible via Settings → Application Flow → System documents) facilitates the storage of various document types, including loan agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, loan statements, and more.

Users can conveniently access and manage system documents related to specific loan applications. Through the Loan Application tab within the corresponding workplace, users have the ability to preview and upload these documents.
