Integration with an SMS Service Provider

Sending SMS notifications requires integration with an SMS service provider. In the Settings → Integrations section, it goes right after the settings of the Email notifications.

If the switcher is enabled, you will see the SMS notifications settings:

  • Service: there are three types of service available:

    • Bulk SMS: TurnKey Lender uses the Bulk SMS service as a default SMS service provider

    • Simulator: A simple simulator with which you can check the notification without extra charges during the testing period

    • Message Bird: Another SMS service provider available out of the box

    • There are also some on-demand country-specific integrations such as Lleida.net for Spain, Onewaysms.co.id for Indonesia, SMSC.KZ for Kazakhstan, and TurboSMS for Ukraine.
