This subsection provides instructions on how to preview documents downloaded to the system.
To review a downloaded document:
1) In the option menu to the left, click Documents.
The Documents area displays two documents added to the system.
2) Opposite a corresponding document, click Preview.
The document opens in a separate tab of the browser.
