  1. Go to the Lender’s website and click the Log in button. You will be redirected to the log-in page.

Please keep in mind that If the number of login attempts exceeds the limit, your account will get temporarily locked out for security reasons. You can retry logging in to the system later.

Access Personal Details

Select your name in the Main Menu and you will be redirected to the Personal details screen.

Manage Your Bank Details

Lenders collect bank details for different purposes such as verifying your financial status, disbursing funds to your account, or collecting payments. Keeping these details accurate and current is of utmost importance. That’s why you can update your bank details and even complete the bank verification process right from the Customer's portal.

The information about the card can now be viewed and managed from the Bank Details section.

If any of your loans or loan applications requires verification of your Bank Account, the banner will appear on the Main Screen of the Customer Portal.

In order to verify it, slect the Bank Details in the Main Menu, and click the Add bank account button.

View and Manage the Bank Account

Select the Bank Detals Details section is in the Main Menu.

If you bank account details haven’t been entered by the Lender, you can add it by yourself (availability of the option mn may depend on a specific Lender’s rules and policies).
