SendingEmail notifications requires integration with an email server. This is one of the common integrations, and the first one in the Settings → Integrations section.

If the switcher is enabled, you will see the Email notifications settings:
Service: there are three types of service available:
Built-in server: TurnKey Lender’s own server
Simulator: A simple simulator with which you can check the notification without extra charges during the testing period
Custom server: Requires additional settings and allows you to set up integrations with such mailing server providers as Mandrill from Mailchimp, Gmail, Sendgrid, and ActiveCampaign (only for the US).

!NOTE Please keep in mind that if the integration is enabled in a test environment and actual emails have been added there, a notification can be sent to your Customers. The best practice is not to use valid emails in the test environment. |
