Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the System workplace. Select the Notifications page in the menu on the left.
  2. Select the necessary notifications by ticking the boxes next to notification names (Figure 1).

    You can enable / disable an entire group of notifications using the Enable / Disable buttons next to the group name.

  3. Select the preferred notification method using the buttons on the right: email, SMS, or both. Click Change Settings to further configure a notification (Figure 2).
  4. In Notification Settings you can specify the email subject, select attachments for notification emails and write your own texts for SMS notifications (Figure 3).
  5. Click on the Due Date Reminders tab above (Figure 4).
  6. You can add, remove, or edit reminders so that Turnkey Lender will remind the customer that some payment date comes soon (Next Payments) or that the customer has past due payments.
  7. Click Save Changes below (Figure 5).
