Log in Page Overview

TurnKey Lender log-in page is visible to every back-office user who has entered the URL dedicated for their account. The look of the page may vary subject to a specific branding requirements, however, the main elements will always be the same. 

  • Name and password: shall be entered in the box below the “Log in” header. These are credentials granted to the user by the system administrator. The set of visible workplaces and permitted actions will depend on the settings defined for the user whose credentials are used for logging in.

  • “Log in” button: click to let the system check the credentials and authorize the user

  • “Forgot your password?” link: click to restore the password

  • “Log in with Google” button: can be available if such an option has been enabled by the system administrator

  • “Log in with Facebook” button: can be available if such an option has been enabled by the system administrator

Upon successful log-in, the user is redirected to:

  • The second step of authentication (if such an option has been enabled by the system administrator)

  • The first workplace available to the user

If the number of login attempts exceeds the allowed number of login attempts specified in the configuration file of TurnKey Lender, a user account gets temporarily locked out for security reasons.
