Turnkey Lender supports the use of multiple repayment modes. There are always at least three modes: initial payment, pay-off, and regular payment, and more modes can be created for each product.

When a Back-office user or a customer is registering/making a payment, all the applicable repayment modes are displayed and the default mode is chosen in the drop-down.

For example, a Back office user can go to the Servicing page of an active (disbursed) loan and select options

  • Charge payment: It will be written off the customer's bank card or account; or

  • Manual payment: register the payment that was made beyond the system

A customer can go to their personal cabinet and select to Make a payment or use another payment method to transfer some money to the Lender.

In the emerged window there is always a Repayment mode section.
