You can assign different Documents to different Credit Products.

Understanding Documents in TurnKey Lender

System Document Management functionality (Settings → Application Flow → System Documents) allows the storage of various document types, such as loan agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, loan statements, and more.

Documents that are the same for all clients, such as Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, are saved in the system. For documents where content varies for specific loans (such as Agreements, Loan Statements, Amortization Schedules, Notices of Sum in Arrears, etc.), you can save a template with merge fields. These templates will be automatically filled with the details of the Lender, Customer, and specific Loan (see Manage System Documents )

For both types of documents, different versions may be applicable to different Credit Products. For example, if some products require Collateral and others don’t. If there are several documents or templates in the system, you can assign them to a specific Credit Product.
One of the document versions, defined as “default” is assigned by default.
