In this article, we’re going to show how to change the schedule and sum of loan installments in your TurnKey Lender portal.
In order to access the functionality for the loan schedule changing, users of the Origination workplace need to assign the loan to themselves.
2. Once the loan application is assigned to you, click Change Schedule → Change terms
3. In the window that opens you can fully customize the terms of the loan application (keep in mind that all the changes in loan applications can be viewed and tracked in System-> Audit trail).
Here you can change the state loan application is assigned to, the credit product applied to calculations, loan amount and term (in months).
The payments' schedule will dynamically change based on the settings that you apply.
4. Once you’ve made all the necessary changes, click OK to save them.
