Manage Dictionaries

A data dictionary represents a set of related data items used within the system. All the dictionaries can be managed from the Settings → Application process → Dictionaries

Available Dictionaries

The system contains an internal list of dictionaries, including: 

  • Industry categories

  • Loan cancellation reasons

  • Loan rejection reasons

  • Loan write-off reasons

  • Suspicious phones

Dictionary Settings

Click the edit icon to the right from the Dictionary name.

You will see the list of all available entries (values of the corresponding dropdowns)

Manage Dictionary Items

For each dictionary, you can:

  • Add new items: Click the “Add new item” button above the grid

  • Edit existing items: click the pencil icon to the right from the item name

  • Delete existing items: click the bin icon to the right from the item name

The list of item fields depends on the specific dictionary. For example, industry categories only contain the category name (value), Suspicious phones contain the id and number, and Loan cancellation reasons let you define the title, description, if the comment is mandatory and whether the reason is visible to the customers.
