Balance Management

Enter a web workplace.


The table with all investor accounts registered in the system is displayed:

Note:

Investors list contains the following calculated columns:
Balance - This amount of funds on the investor's balance. 
Total Bidden Amount - the sum of all investor's bids that are are in the Submitted status. This amount is currently a part of the Balance, but can't be used to place new bids. Example: Balance = $1000, Total Bidden Amount = $800. In such case, the investor can only place new bids for $200


In the table, click an investor account to be modified.

In the Actions table column, opposite a selected user account, click Edit.


The Edit Investor window opens:

In the Balance section, click Deposit to add funds or Withdraw to withdraw fund from the investor balance.


The Enter the amount of funds window opens:

The Enter the amount of funds window.


In the Amount box, enter amount to be applied to the balance.

Note:

Both Deposit and Withdraw actions don't operate with any 3rd party services, we just change the balance value.

(Optional) In the Comment box, enter comment.

Click OK to save changes.
