Additional Fields

You can address TurnKey Lender to extend/modify the list of sets of fields used for scoring and decision-making. More fields, e.g. used for marketing and lead-collection purposes, can be added to the application form from the application form editor.

Accessing Application Form Editor

The application form editor is available to users with System Administration permissions. Follow these steps to access it:

  1. Go to the “Settings” workplace.

  2. Select the Application ProcessApplication Form tab.

  3. The “Application Form Editor” page will appear.

Adding a New Field

To collect additional information for marketing or informational purposes (not used for scoring and decision-making), you can add fields to the “Other Information” section at the end of the application form.

  1. Click the “Add New Field” button.

  2. In the new field, enter your question or information to be displayed on the form in the “Name” field.

  3. Specify whether the answer is required or optional.

  4. Define the percentage of the screen that the field will occupy (“Width”).

  5. Click OK to save the field.

Preview and Edit Added Fields

All added fields and their details are displayed in a list at the top of the page. The form preview appears below this list.

For example, if you add two fields:

  • The first question is mandatory and short, so you set the field width to 25%.

  • The second field is optional and can take the full page width.

Buttons to the right of each field allow you to:

  • Edit the field: Click the pencil icon to open a form similar to the one used for adding the field.

  • Move fields up and down: Use the arrows to reorder the fields.

Requesting a Photo

Below the form preview, there is a “Photo” switcher.

If you want to request a photo from your customer, make sure that the switcher is enabled. Enter the name (Header) and description that shall explain details of the taken photo. Specify if it is required or optional.

For example, we want to use the customer’s photo to verify their identity:

That’s how it will look on the form:
