Some system lists and drop-downs can be managed from the Dictionaries section. These are the drop-downs that do not affect any of the further system logic and details. Edition of other drop-downs would have to be arranged with TurnKey Lender and might require additional development effort.

Go to Settings → Application process → Dictionaries

Available Dictionaries

The system contains an internal list of dictionaries, including: 

• Industry categories

• Loan cancellation reasons

• Loan rejection reasons

• Loan write-off reasons

• Suspicious phones

Dictionary Settings

Click the edit icon to the right from the Dictionary name.

You will see the list of all available entries (values of the corresponding dropdowns)

For each dictionary, you can:

• Add new items: Click the button above the grid

• Edit existing items: Click the pencil icon

• Delete existing items: click the bin icon

The list of item fields depends on the specific dictionary.

For example, industry categories only contain the category name (value), and the Loan cancellation reasons let you define the title, description, if the comment is mandatory, and whether the reason is visible to the Customers.
