If the integration has not been set up, the user can:
Upload the Chart of Accounts

To upload the Chart of accounts as an .xlsx file - click the Choose file button (1). A preview will be displayed. All the changes will be described in an easy-to-understand manner.
Click the Apply button to upload the chart. Your existing chart of accounts will be overridden.
Download the Template or Existing Chart of Accounts
You can also prepare the new chart of accounts based on the out-of-box template or on the existing chart. To do so, click the Download template (2) or Download chart of accounts (3) button. The .xlsx file will be saved to your default download folder. You can then open it, edit and upload it as described in the section above.
You can also use the list for any other purposes.
Add an Account to the Chart
It is also possible to manually add an account to the chart. To do so:

Click the Add button (4)
In the emerged pop-up, define
Code*: unique ID of the account; mandatory field
Name*: human-readable name of the account; mandatory field
Description: any additional information about the account; optional field
Click the Save button. The account will be added to the chart.
Edit an Account

Any of the accounts available in the chat can be edited. Click the pencil icon (6) next to the account. The “Edit account” window will emerge. It’s got all the same fields as the “Add account” window in the section above.
Make the necessary changes and click Save.
Delete an Account
Click the trashbin icon (7) next to the account and confirm the action to delete an account.
Hide an Account
Another action that can be done to one, several, or all accounts is hiding them. If an account is hidden, it will not be displayed in any of the account selection dropdowns of the journal settings. This way, accounts that are not currently worked with can be easily hidden not to overwhelm the user and simplify their work.

Hidden accounts are not removed from the system and you can show them back by simply unchecking the box for each specific row.
