To Compose New SMS

  1. Click 'Send SMS’ button to send a SMS notification to the loan borrower as shown in Figure 1.

  2. User gets to compose a SMS to the loan borrower by providing optional information such as

    1. SMS Content,

    2. Additional comment.

  3. Click ‘Send’ button.

To Use SMS Template

  1. Click on ‘Use Template’ button as shown in Figure 3 to view available templates.

  2. Choose any template by clicking on the template as shown in Figure 4.

  3. Click ‘Select’ button.

  4. System will auto populate according to the template as shown in Figure 5.

To Add Merge Field in SMS Content

  1. Click on the ‘Add’ icon to add available merge fields in the SMS content as shown in Figure 6

  2. Click ‘Collapse all’ button as shown in Figure 7 to collapse the list into main categories.

  3. Click ‘Expand all’ button to expand all the available merge fields data.

  4. To search for merge fields, key in the merge field name manually in the search field as shown in Figure 9.

  5. Click on the respective credit product as shown in Figure 10

  6. Click ‘OK’ button as shown in Figure 10.

  7. Merge field will be added in the subject automatically as shown in Figure 11.

View Sent Email

The SMS details will appear in the table with the Date SMS was sent, User who sent the SMS, Method used (Email/Mobile Number), Result, Status and Comments.

  1. Click on ‘List’ icon to view the details on the communication as per shown in Figure 12.
