Log message is to log the communication made with the borrower apart of the communications made through the system for backup purpose. Back-office users also will be able click other actions once the application is assigned to the respective back-office user.

To Log New Message in Contact Tab

  1. Click on the ‘Log message’ button as shown in Figure 1

  2. Provide the required information such as Date, Method Communicated with (Email/SMS), Purpose, Result and Additional comments as shown in Figure 2.

  3. Click the ‘OK’ button as shown in Figure 3.

  4. Message details will appear in the table below with the Date, User who log the message, Subject/Purpose of the log, Method used (Email/Mobile Number), Result (Success/Failed), Status and Comments as shown in Figure 4.

To Delete Log Message from Contacts Tab

  1. Click on ‘Bin’ icon to remove the message log from the contact list as shown in Figure 5.

  2. Click on ‘Confirm’ button to remove the log message from the contact history as shown in Figure 6.

  3. User will be navigated to the main contact tab page.
