Basics

When the loan is assigned to a branch:

Users assigned to this branch can view and manage it
Users assigned to its parent branch can view and manage the loan if this is permitted for the sub-branch

When a loan application is created from the Front-Office, it

is not assigned to any branch.

When a loan is created from the Back-Office,

...

it is linked to the

...

branch of the user creating it.

If the Loan application is linked to a branch system will display Branch Name in the Loan Header

In order to display loans only from a particular branch or sub-branch Back-Office, users can use a search filter.

If selected ALL. The system displays loans LINKED and NOT LINKED to the branch
If selected NONE. The system displays loans NOT LINKED to any branch
If selected. List of branches. The system displays loans that are LINKED to the selected branch and sub-branches.

When a loan is reassigned to another user or is assigned to a specific user, its branch is change to the branch of this new user.
